Hello, Gundo 👋 

There are tons of great events are happening in town this week, including lots featuring the talented kids of El Segundo and lots of socials, mixers, and other unique get-togethers.

As always, we aim to include every possible event in this newsletter. But when things pop up last minute or details change, we’ll always keep you posted on our Hello Gundo Instagram.

El Segundo’s favorite daytime-only bar has reopened after renovations. And now it’s open two hours later every day — until 8 pm!

The sign is up for ¡jaime! Mexican restaurant, by jame chef Jackson Kalb, at the corner of Main and Pine.

Bulk item pickup March 24th through 27th
You can finally get rid of that grand piano Monday through Thursday of next week. Put bulk items on the curb by 7 am on your regular garbage day.

We’re Sam and Angie Greenspan, El Segundo residents and since 2016 and major El Segundo boosters ever since.

We also believed we were the right people to give this town its first newsletter.

Angie’s a realtor who works here in town and all over L.A. — so she’s plugged in to everything happening and has been a de facto source for local event info for years. Sam’s a writer and works in email marketing.
