Chili, Spaghetti, and Mindfulness All Come to El Segundo

Hello, Gundo 👋 

We’re ending March strong here with a massive selection of things to do all week long (especially Saturday).

The Kiwanis Club’s Chilipalooza and Woman’s Club’s spaghetti dinner are both this weekend. There’s ESHS’s spring musical, whiskey and wine tastings, and multiple events at The Point (including an Easter pop-up).

Plus, there’s a yoga or mindfulness event in town for seven days in a row.

Who are you and why are you doing this?

We’re Sam and Angie Greenspan, El Segundo residents and since 2016 and major El Segundo boosters ever since.

We also believed we were the right people to give this town its first newsletter.

Angie’s a realtor who works here in town and all over L.A. — so she’s plugged in to everything happening and has been a de facto source for local event info for years. Sam’s a writer and works in email marketing.
