Summer Restaurant Week is here, and more than a dozen of El Segundo’s top restaurants are participating. We’ve got the info for you below.
Also, this week is the fourth concert in the park and brings the usual variety of special events, movies, trivia, and more.
As always, if and when new events pop up or any details change, we’ll share them on the Hello Gundo Instagram.

Restaurant Week Is Here!
July 25th - August 8th is DineLA’s Restaurant Week and, as always, lots of El Segundo restaurants are participating with prix fixe menus. Some of the new restaurants in town are also on board.
Restaurant Week is always a great time to try a restaurant you haven’t been to yet — or to try something new at a restaurant you’ve been to 700 times.

Enter your photo of “life in El Segundo” to be displayed during the Art Walk at the El Segundo Public Library. There are prizes for four different age groups (5-12, 13-17, 18-55, and 56+). Entries are due by August 15th.

Who are you and why are you doing this?
We’re Sam and Angie Greenspan, El Segundo residents and since 2016 and major El Segundo boosters ever since.
We also believed we were the right people to give this town its first newsletter.
Angie’s a realtor who works here in town and all over L.A. — so she’s plugged in to everything happening and has been a de facto source for local event info for years. Sam’s a writer and works in email marketing.
