Happy 4th! Though the Hello Gundo team is roughly 2,000 miles away, we’re still plugged into everything happening back home. We hope your three-legged racing goes tremendously.

A new data center in El Segundo?
A public hearing has been scheduled to consider approval of a new data center in El Segundo. If you have an opinion on the project (and I’m guessing you do), you can share it in person at the public hearing on Wednesday, July 9, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers, or submit a written public comment by emailing [email protected] no later than July 9. Be sure to include "Public Hearing for EA-1400" in the subject line.

We’re Sam and Angie Greenspan, El Segundo residents and since 2016 and major El Segundo boosters ever since.

We also believed we were the right people to give this town its first newsletter.

Angie’s a realtor who works here in town and all over L.A. — so she’s plugged in to everything happening and has been a de facto source for local event info for years. Sam’s a writer and works in email marketing.
